Every few years the State Bar of Michigan takes a survey of what attorneys are charging throughout the state of Michigan. This survey was just conducted and we have been advised that the results will be released in early 2018.

As a matter of practice, our firm reviews its rates when this report comes out. The last report came out in 2014 from a survey in 2013. We expect that we will see an increase in average fees across the board. To that end we expect to raise our rates in 2018 for new incoming clients sometime in 2018.
