As a parent, your primary role is to protect your children from harm, but what if your former spouse do not agree what is or will harm a child.   Making things harder, what if you signed a consent judgment to the treatment before learning the harm that could happen.

Recently THE HEISLER LAW GROUP had a client scared that they agreed to a treatment for their child and later learned that the treatment was not FDA approved and experts showed a concern for harm to children exposed to the treatment.

After a two day trial with experts on both sides, the judge rule the child would no longer be treated by the doctor the parties originally agreed to, but the child would be tested by another doctor the parties agreed to or the court would select the doctor.
